When a customer gets a standard computer printout as a debt validation response from a collection agency, do we need to upload these to you to request/challenge validation of a computer printout?
You can upload it to the portal but we do not need it to dispute, if you upload it be sure to select supporting docs as the type.

How many rounds of letters you do over a 6 month period. I’m guessing somewhere between 4-6?
6 rounds of letters every 30 days, but if the days between one round and another are 35 days then only 5 rounds of disputes would have been sent.
