We spin the dispute instructions continuously as part of our process. Yet Experian and the other credit reporting agencies do this as a stall tactic because they can. Fortunately sometimes they do perform the investigation and you will see positive results on months that they do send responses like this anyway. This is part of the credit repair process, we spin templates, and change dispute reasons which produces a unique deliverable but we cannot stop this from happening.
I have had several clients receive response letters from Experian that the disputes were not sent by them and so they are taking no action on the disputes. It may be time to update some of your letters. Print
