If you customer has credit monitoring we do not need the responses at all. If the customer does not have credit monitoring you can upload the responses and we will update the file on the anniversary date of the dispute. Remember there is an additional fee when processing disputes from responses. Please use credit monitoring, preferably www.myiqreport.com.
I have some responses back from creditors/collectors. How would we have SCORE handle those. Do I upload those? Print
