Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log into ScoreCEO
Go to: https://beta.scoreceo.com/
Enter your login credentials and click Login.
2. Locate the Customer
Use the search bar or customer list to find the client you want to send a Notice of Account Update for.
? Tip: NAUs are usually sent after each dispute round. You can also send a previously generated notice if needed.
3. Open the Customer File
Click on the name of the customer to open their file.
4. Click “Create Letter”
Once the customer’s file is open and any necessary updates are completed, click “Create Letter.”
5. Choose the Letter Type
Select the type of letters you want to generate.
6. Use the NAU Feature
If you’re ready to send the Notice of Account Update without creating new dispute letters, click:
“Save and Send NAU”
? If you’re continuing with dispute processing (e.g., a new round), complete your letters first, update the scores, and then send the NAU.
7. Email the Notice
Make sure the checkbox for “Email Notice of Account Update” is selected.
8. Click “Print All”
Click “Print All” to save the NAU, send it by email, and print the dispute letters if applicable.
