ScoreCEO's enhanced campaign enrollment feature now gives you more control over how consumers re-enter campaigns. Whether you want them to restart from the beginning or pick up where they left off, the new settings make it easy. 

This tutorial shows you how to choose between “Reenroll from Start” or “Resume Current Campaign” when enrolling a consumer into a campaign.

? Step-by-Step Instructions 

1. Log in to Your ScoreCEO Account 

Go to https://beta.scoreceo.com and log in with your username and password. 
 
 

2. Navigate to the Campaign Area 

From the main menu, go to Campaigns and select the campaign you want to enroll a consumer into.

3. Choose a campaign or create to Enroll 

Find and select the campaign you'd like to add enrollment feature.

4. Select the Enrollment Mode 

You’ll now see two options when enrolling: 

?Reenroll from Start (Default) 

  • The consumers will begin the campaign from Step 1, even if they’ve been through it before. 

▶️Resume Current Campaign 

  • The consumer will continue from where they left off. 

  • Example: If a campaign has 7 steps and the consumer completed Step 1, they’ll resume at Step 2.

5. Confirm Enrollment 

Click Enroll to complete the process with your selected criteria.
