We’ve improved the “New Leads” widget in your ScoreCEO dashboard! Now, leads marked as “Lost” will automatically be excluded from your New Leads count—helping you focus on active opportunities and clean up your sales cycle.
This tutorial shows you exactly how to mark a lead as "Lost" and why it matters for your lead management process.

Inaccurate lead counts create confusion. By excluding lost leads, this update helps you:
Get a true snapshot of active new leads
Keep your sales cycle widget clean and updated

? Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1:
Log in to your ScoreCEO portal:

Step 2:
Click "Leads / Consumers" to view your leads list.
Step 3:
In your Sales Cycle widget, click on the "New Leads" count to see the active new leads.
Step 4:
Click the name of the lead you'd like to assign as lost.
Step 5:
In the first dropdown menu, "New Lead"
(Note: this menu may have a different label if your workflow is customized.)
Step 6:
Click the checkbox for "Lost Sale" and select a Lost Reason from the dropdown list.
Step 7:
Click "Update" or "Update and Continue" to save the change.
Step 8:
Return to the Sales Cycle widget—you’ll see that the lead is no longer counted as a "New Lead," keeping your pipeline accurate.
Step 9:
To view All lost leads, simply use the filters function in Leads / Consumers. Under Status you will find all Lost Sales.
