How to Reauthenticate Hello Sign

At the top right corner of the HelloSign homepage, you’ll find the 'Sign In' option. Click on this, and a dropdown menu will appear. From there, select 'Dropbox Sign' to proceed.

Entering Login Credentials 

On the sign-in page, enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' link to reset it. HelloSign will send an email to guide you through the password reset process.

Accessing Company Portal Profile 

In the new window that opens, select 'Company Portal Profile' from the options available at the top of the page. 

 

 

Unauthorizing and Reauthorizing HelloSign 

  • Scroll down to find the HelloSign section. Click the green box that says 'Unauthorize HelloSign'. 

 

 

 

  •  After a few moments, click on the same box again, which will now display 'Authenticate HelloSign'.
