In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of logging into your ScoreCEO account, searching for a customer, initiating a credit report pull, and finally, viewing the imported credit report. Step 1: Login to ScoreCEO

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the ScoreCEO login page. Or Click Here
  2. Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click the "Login" button to access your account dashboard.

Step 2: Access Lead/Consumer Section

  1. After logging in, you'll be directed to the ScoreCEO dashboard.
  2. Look for and click on the "Lead/Consumer" option in the navigation menu. This will take you to the lead and consumer management section.

Step 3: Search and Select Customer

  1. In the lead and consumer management section, you'll find a search bar or filter options.
  2. Enter the relevant details (such as the customer's name) to search for the desired customer.
  3. Once you find the customer in the search results, click on their name to access their profile.

Step 4: Access Credit Report Section

  1. Within the customer's profile, locate and click on the "Credit Report" option. This will take you to the credit report management area.

Step 5: Initiate Credit Report Pull

  1. Locate the "Attempt" section and find the drop-down menu associated with it.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu to reveal a list of options.
  3. From the options, select "Pull Report" to initiate the credit report retrieval process.

Step 6: Execute Report Pull

  1. After selecting "Pull Report," you may need to click an "Execute" button or a similar action button to begin the report pulling process.
  2. This action will send a request to Smart Credit to retrieve the customer's credit report.


Step 7: Access Not Confirmed Report Section

  1. Once the report pulling process is complete, you'll find the report located under Not Confirmed Reports.

Step 8: View the Credit Report

  1. Within the "Not Confirmed Report" section, you'll find the details of the newly imported credit report.
  2. Look for an "Eye" icon to "View" option associated with the imported report. This option is typically used to open and view the credit report details.
  3. Click on the "Eye" icon option to open the credit report.

Step 9: Review the Credit Report

  1. Once you click on the "Eye" icon or "View" option, a new window will open, displaying the customer's credit report.
  2. Take your time to review the credit report details, including the credit score, credit history, accounts, and any associated notes.
