Step One: Login to ScoreCEO

  • Visit the ScoreCEO website.
  • Enter your login credentials (username and password).
  • Click on the "Login" button to access your ScoreCEO account.


Step Two: Locate the Customer or Lead

  • After logging in, navigate to the "Lead/Consumer" section within ScoreCEO.

Step Three: Search for the Customer

  • In the Lead/Consumer section, use the search bar to enter the name of the customer or lead you want to create a credit audit report for.
  • Click the search button to initiate the search.

Step Four: Access Customer Profile

  • Once the customer or lead is located in the search results, click on their profile to open it.


Step Five: Click on Credit Report

  • Within the customer's profile, locate and click on the "Credit Report" option.


Step Six: Import Credit Report

  • Download the credit report in HTML format from the credit monitoring program used by the customer (such as IdentityIQ, MyScoreIQ, or SmartCredit).
  • Click on the "Import Credit Report" button in ScoreCEO to upload the downloaded credit report.


Step Seven: Confirm Credit Report

  • Carefully review the imported credit report to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Once you have reviewed the report, click the "Confirm" button at the end of the credit report in ScoreCEO.

Step Eight: Go back to Lead/Consumer

  • Return to the Lead/Consumer section in ScoreCEO.

Step Nine: Search for the Customer Again

  • Without selecting the customer's profile this time, perform another search using the customer or lead's name.

Step Ten: Locate Customer Profile

  • From the search results, find and locate the profile of the customer or lead you are working with.

Step Eleven: Generate Credit Audit Report

  • Look for the small icons representing different options within the customer's profile.
  • Select the graph icon, which should generate the credit audit report.

Step Twelve: Review Report Options

  • Once the credit audit report is generated, you will have three options: send the report, save the report, and download the report.
  • Choose the desired options based on your needs and requirements.
