As an administrator, one of your key responsibilities is to ensure that your leads and customers have access to your portal or service. However, sometimes activation emails can get lost or go unnoticed, leaving your users unable to access your platform. The good news is that you have the ability to resend activation emails and get your users up and running in no time. In this article, we'll show you how to resend activation emails to engage with your audience and keep your platform running smoothly. 

Follow our step-by-step guide to streamline the activation process and keep your users happy.


Step 1. Login to ScoreCEO. Click Here to access portal



Step 2. On the left side menu click on Icon "Lead/Consumer"



Step 3. Use "Quick Search" to find the customer you want to resend the activation email for. 


Step 4. Once you have found the customer or lead, If they have not activated there portal you will find a green arrow. Click Arrow to Resend.



If you are currently in the customer or leads file already follow these steps. 


Step 5. Click on "New Lead" workflow step. **You may have a different name if you have customized your portal, if so select the workflow step that contains the demographic information for your lead or consumer. **



Step 6. Locate the Active Status towards the bottom of the New Lead page.


Step 7. Click the Green Arrow to resend the activation Email 




You have successfully resent your leads or consumer reactivation email to there credit repair software.
