State compliance is a form of regulation that's in accordance with varying state, county, and local laws. If you are doing credit repair in multiple states and are worried if your contacts are in compliance with each state's requirements. ScoreCEO has built a state compliance area that will provide you with all states that require a state disclosure, which state requires Licencing, and the ability to add your Licencing information.

To access your Company Profile, please log in to ScoreCEO, Or Click here



On the top right corner click on the configuration bubble and select Configuration




Select State Compliance 



Here you will find each state and if a License is Required and if you are Licensed. Every state that has the check under License Required means you will need to be licensed in that state to operate a credit repair company. 


**If you are already licensed in that state, please click the pencil to add your license information. 


Select the state in which you are trying to find the state disclosure. Once you have located the state, click on the pencil. 



 Once you have clicked on the pencil, select State Disclosure. 



Once select the state disclosure for that state will appear. 



Please keep in mind not all states require a state disclosure, and not all states have the same state disclosure. If you make any changes to a state disclosure, please be sure they follow the state's requirements. If there is any changes made to this information please be sure to click Save. 



** All state disclosure are applied to contracts based on the customer State this is identified in ScoreCEO when the customer/lead address is placed into the system.
