This simple action will remove your customers from the cases to be processed to keep this update to date but; it also helps you clearly see who has finished their services successfully and who has decided to stop them. Step 1 

Login to ScoreCEO 

Step 2 

Click on lead/consumer


Step 3

Search for your customer



Step 4

Client on New Lead 


Step 5

Scroll until you find Cancelled or Completed (view image below)



Step 6

Click "update" to save all changes
