How to create Authorize.net Account and  get Login ID and API Key 

Create New Sandbox Account 

Follow these steps to create a new Authorize.net Sandbox account: 

1) Go to the URL https://developer.authorize.net/hello_world/sandbox/ to create a new  Sandbox Account.

2) After completing the form, click on Submit button as marked in Figure 2 below. Figure 2: Submit Form

3) Authorize.net will process your form and will show the following page upon successful  registration.

At the bottom of the page, you will find following information: 

∙ API Login ID 

∙ Transaction Key 

∙ Secret Key 

Save these information to be used with ScoreCEO.

Login to existing Sandbox Account 

If you already have an Authorize.net Sandbox Account, follow these steps to get your Login ID and  Transaction Key which is required in ScoreCEO for Merchant account. 

1) To login to your existing Sandbox account, go to https://sandbox.authorize.net/ and enter  your Login ID and Password to access your Sandbox Account.

2) On first time login, you will see the Home page with following Pop-up.

Click on Remind Me Later or GOT IT button on the pop-up to close it and see the Home page.

3) Through Home page, click on the Account tab as highlighted in Figure 6 the below: Figure 6: Home Page 

4) Upon clicking the Account tab, you will see the following page as shown in Figure 7 below:

Find the link API Login ID and Transaction Key under Security Setting as shown in Figure 7 above. 5) Upon clicking the API Login ID and Transaction Key, you will be taken to following page: Figure 8: API Login ID and Transaction Key

6) Follow these two steps to get your API Login ID and Transaction Key: 

a. API Login ID: Copy/Save the API Login ID from the above page and save it to be used  in ScoreCEO. 

b. Transaction Key: 

i. You can create new Transaction Key as often as you wish by providing your  Secret Answer and clicking on the Submit button. 

You may choose to disable the old one immediately by checking the Disable Old  Transaction Key(s) option. If you do not immediately disable the old value, it will  automatically expire in 24 hours. 

ii. If the Secret Answer to the Secret Question is successful, Authorize.net will  show the new Transaction Key.

Copy/Save the new Transaction Key to use in ScoreCEO. 

Note: Use the latest Transaction Key as old Transaction Key(s) will automatically expire in 24 hours  after generating new Transaction Key.

Use Authorize.net API Login ID and Transaction Key in ScoreCEO 1) Login to ScoreCEO as Enterprise Portal Super Admin at https://scorebeta.cloudapp.net/

2) Go to Configurations page from profile menu on the top right.

3) You will land on Portal Conf page by default. Click on Edit Button as shown in Figure 12 below to open the form to enter values.

4) Navigate to Authorize.net section on the page and enter API Login ID and Transaction Key  for Authorize.net merchant account.

Keep the Testing Mode Enabled checked to use this Authorize.net Account as Sandbox account. 

Note: Only uncheck the checkbox if you are using Live account instead of Sandbox for Real  Transactions

5) Click on Save button at the bottom of the page to save these configurations.
