When Using SMTP configurations and using your personal email password, it is important to keep the password updated, specially if you change your email password for any reason, you must also update it in ScoreCEO to avoid any emails from being interrupted. 


If at any moment you change your email password (email being used for the SMTP configurations) Please log in to your ScoreCEO account, go to your Profile Picture> Configurations> Email Configurations. Click on the Edit button at the top right corner and scroll down to SMTP Password and enter the new password you created.





You can avoid having to update the password any time you change your personal email password simply by creating an App password in your Email provider settings, Here is a video on how to create an app password for Gmail/Gsuite Users:
