When using SMTP Configurations the Email used on the Email Configurations area will be the one to be sending out the emails from ScoreCEO to your Customers/Employees/Referral Offices


When an email is supposed to come from a different Rep than yourself their name will appear in the header but the email will remain as the same email. 



Out current work around in order for the emails to go out in the name of the Rep assigned, is to Go to the Campaign manager, select the campaign you wish to edit, Click on the Edit button at the top right corner and on the Action Select the Agent who is supposed to carry out that email (From) :
