You can set ToDos inside the Consumers file in the ToDos tab to remind you of anything you need with that consumer, you can also create a campaign that can add a ToDo Item to your Calendar on the dashboard for the customer with a specific trigger.

Once done you will see it on the Selected persons Dashboard Calendar
