You can always deactivate the consumer/leads access to the customer portal by doing the following:


1. Login to ScoreCEO

2. Click on Lead/Consumers

3. Search for your Lead/Consumer

4. When you are on your lead and you are seeing there personal information. If you look below you will see a "Active Box" 

5. Uncheck the box.

6. Click update

7. This will stop the consumer/lead from login to the customer/lead portal. 


Or instead of unchecking the active button just click on the canceled button, this will stop all emails, campaigns, everything for this lead or customer.
