If your business has adopted a monthly recurring revenue model we have seen pricing in the following ranges depending on the demographic:
Single Audit / Consultation Fee: $199-$399
Couple Audit / Consultation Fee: $ 299-$499
Monthly reccuring service fee: $ 99-$199
In our opinion the best strategy to implement when pricing your services is to consider the actual cost of goods sold (COGS).
Determine the following:
Customer aost of acquisition
Customer cost of customer service
Customer associated software fees
Customer associated dispute processing fees
Customer merchant processing fees
Customer associated admin fees
A good practice would be to add up all of the costs of goods sold including one months of dispute costs. This number should be completely absorbed by your audit / consultation fee, then markup the service. The price that you end up with is your audit / consultation price.
Ex: If you a $50.00 referral commision for every closed customer, a $30.00 dispute processing fee per round, a $6.00 merchant processing fee, $10.00 customer load fee, and a $10.00 admin fee, A $25.00 Customer service fee, that adds up to $131.00 .

Cost of the dispute First round $40.00 any additional rounds $30.00
Gross Profit per round - $57.00 on the first round and $67.00 on any other round
Plan b: $149.00 per month for six months- Same as Plan a plus 2 direct to creditor disputes
Cost of the dispute First round $40.00 any additional rounds $30.00 and $6.00 x 2 DC disputes
Gross Profit per round - $97.00 on the first round and $107.00 on any other round
Plan c: $179.00 per month for six months- Same as Plan b but instead of 2 direct to creditor disputes 4 direct to creditor disputes
Cost of the dispute First round $40.00 any additional rounds $30.00 and $6.00 x 4 DC disputes
Gross Profit per round - $115.00 on the first round and $125.00 on any other round
Plan d: $199.00 per month for six months - Same as Plan c but instead of 4 direct to creditor disputes 6 direct to creditor disputes
Cost of the dispute First round $40.00 any additional rounds $30.00 and $6.00 x 6 DC disputes
Gross Profit per round - $123.00 on the first round and $133.00 on any other round
