If you engage in dispute process outsourcing with Score you will be able to hand off all of your consumers, for processing, to Score or choose which consumers you can outsource to us; either way you are always in control. Once you have started outsourcing with us by default all consumers will be handed off to Score, but you can select which of them will not be handed off as well.
